Due to the personalized nature of custom jerseys, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We highly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before submitting it to ensure accuracy.
In the unlikely event that your custom jersey arrives with a manufacturing defect or there is an error on our part, please follow these steps to initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your order, and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the defect or error
- Any relevant details or photos
2. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return process if applicable.
3. If the return is approved, we will provide you with Return Mailing Address and further instructions on how to return the item.
4. Carefully package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. We will cover the return shipping costs in case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please note that:
- Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
- In case of a refund, any promotional discounts or coupons applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will only be issued for the item's purchase price; any additional fees or taxes may not be refunded.
